2. Devotional Purpose & Spiritual Conduct
Jay Ho Gurudev is a consecrated devotional platform dedicated to spiritual elevation, meditation, chanting, and the teachings of Param Pujya Gurudev. All users agree to uphold peace, mutual respect, humility, and sanctity.
Community Conduct Rules:
- Do not post defamatory, abusive, harassing, political, or offensive content in community reflections.
- Do not engage in commercial solicitation, advertising, or spamming.
- Maintain the spiritual purity and sanctity of the forum at all times.
3. Account Responsibilities & Username Selection
When creating an account via Google Sign-In or email registration, you agree to provide authentic information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials. You are free to choose your spiritual username adhering to standard character limits (3–25 alphanumeric characters). Accounts found violating sacred sanctity may be moderated or suspended.
4. Intellectual Property & Sacred Media
All sacred audio recordings, Bhajans, discourses, Daily Saakhi texts, photos of Param Pujya Gurudev, and logos are the spiritual and intellectual property of Jay Ho Gurudev Trust. Content is provided solely for personal, non-commercial devotional listening and contemplation. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or sale is strictly prohibited.
5. Service Availability & Updates
We strive to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to devotional audio, push broadcasts, and streak sync. However, services may occasionally experience brief maintenance windows or updates. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without commercial warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jay Ho Gurudev, its trustees, monks, and technical stewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or services.
